Shipping Errors:
Should any shipping errors occur, please call (1-888-694-WAKE) or e-mail (ride@avengerwakesports.com) us immediately to report the error. We will promptly arrange for the pick up of the incorrectly shipped items and send out the correct items at our expense.

Damaged Shipments:
Should you receive any product that has been damaged during shipping, please call
(1-888-694-WAKE) or e-mail (ride@avengerwakesports.com) us immediately. Do not discard original packaging. We will initiate a damage claim with our carrier and arrange for the pick up of the damaged package. Once the damaged package has been received at our warehouse, we will issue a replacement.

Customer understands that the sport of wakeboarding the use of wakeboarding equipment has inherent risk. Customer hereby agrees to explicitly assume and accept any and all risk of injury or death as the user of this equipment.

Customer agrees that he/she releases Avenger Wake Sports, LLC and its designated company representatives, members, and employees from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries, death, or damages incurred while using this equipment.
